Sam Wonderlich
I have an unusual professional and education background spanning design, business, tech, and teaching. From start-up projects to digital design, to building brands, to online courses; I am continuously thinking about how to bring projects from imagination to reality. Through my graphic design and graphic arts, brand development, UX/UI design, marketing, and teaching, I am continually learning and developing new ways to shape the world around me and direct the journey from client/student to successful self-reliant completion.
I studied in Sweden directly after high school in animation and sculpture; then, I got my Associates in Applied Science at my local community college closer to my parents during a trying time. I continued my studies in graphic design and printmaking with a double-degree in Fine Arts at Eastern Illinois University. While helping my fellow classmates, I realized I was not done learning and pursued a Master’s of Fine Arts at Boston University. While in Boston, I became an assistant in both printmaking and animation classes helping my fellow educators and learning my love of teaching. Incorporating my love of science with my love of the arts, I was able to grow my knowledge of web design, branding, and digital design while working on various freelance projects.
I am a young designer, but I have a fearless drive and love for travel. I am always looking for opportunities, and transformative ways continue to change the world around me through art and design.
